Donation from Wine and Beer Spring Tasting Event at Michaelson’s Funeral Home

The Owatonna Foundation was recently the recipient of a $1420.00 donation from a Wine and Beer Spring Tasting Event held at Michaelson’s Funeral Home. Owner Cory Michaelson shared …” We were excited to present this new fundraising opportunity at our venue. We want people to think of us as more than a funeral home. With a facility such as ours there are many opportunities to host social functions and being able to support the Owatonna Foundation was a wonderful way to show our facility in a new way and also benefit the fine work that the Foundation does supporting projects in Owatonna. The community has been so good to us over the years and by supporting the Foundation we have a way of giving back, and thanking, the people of Owatonna.”

“We’re so appreciative of this donation from Michaelson’s and for their efforts with the Wine and Beer Tasting Event. It was lovely evening with great food, beautiful decorations, and an attentive staff. Support such as this keeps the Foundation’s mission of improving the quality of life for present and future generations by supporting Owatonna projects that focus on Community, the Arts, Education, and Recreation a reality for all of us.” said Foundation President, Dave Einhaus.
