Three 2026 Scholarships Awarded by the Owatonna Foundation

The Owatonna Foundation recently awarded three Technical/Community College Scholarships to high school seniors of the Class of 2026. Since 1995, the Owatonna Foundation has awarded over 508 scholarships, totaling $770,000 for individuals preparing for technical careers.

Spring 2026 recipients: Left to Right

● Sophia Cook, Rochester Community and Technical College, Rochester, Aviation, $2,000, parents Peter and Nicole Cook.

● Teagan Burton, Hawkeye Community College, Waterloo, Iowa, Physical Therapy Assistant, $2,000, parents Michael and Stacy Burton.

● Adelynn Johnson, Rochester Community and Technical College, Rochester, Nursing, $2,000, parents Jeremiah and Crystal Johnson.

The next deadline for the Owatonna Foundation Non-Traditional Technical and Community College Scholarships and the June A. and Melanie Nelson Scholarship is June 25, 2026. Applications may be found at www.owatonnafoundation.org
