A Letter of Thanks From David Einhaus, President of the Board of Trustees

Posted on February 24, 2016 by Laura ReslerFebruary 24, 2016

Almost daily, all of us that live and work in our amazing community see the evidence of our Owatonna residents’ generosity and spirit of giving. Successful fundraisers are in abundance, volunteers contribute countless hours to non-profit organizations, citizens give monetarily and of their time and talents to those organizations they are passionate about, and our local businesses provide funds, in-kind donations, and support their employee’s volunteer efforts.

As President of the Owatonna Foundation, I am grateful that the people and businesses of this community care about their community and contribute so generously to our quality of life.  Last year, over 500 donors supported the mission of the Owatonna Foundation through individual gifts, business gifts, memorials, bequests, and other contributions.  I am humbled when I see this number-not just by the generosity but by the number of individuals and businesses who think about the future of this community and who act to create it.

With great sincerity, I thank all of you who supported the Owatonna Foundation this past year.  Your generosity and thoughtful giving are deeply appreciated. You make this community great.  You helped build the community we have today, and you will create the community we have tomorrow. Thank you!

Most sincerely,

David Einhaus, President
Owatonna Foundation
