Scholarships
The Owatonna Foundation awarded its first traditional scholarship in 1995 and nontraditional scholarship in 1997. Since that first scholarship, 264 individuals have received scholarships to further their education in a technical career. Over $277,000 in scholarships have been awarded.
Scholarship awards range between $500 and $3,000 and can be used to prepare for a technical career that doesn't require a four-year degree. Recipients typically attend a technical or community college as they work towards their technical career goals.
